FEMA has secretly marked facilities and sites for mass inoculations of the populace For more than 10 years now we have known FEMA has marked facilities for specific purposes of transporting the populace to sites where mass viral inoculations will be administered by medical teams for the unthinkable. We have been scared, coerced and threatened to accept the government's solution during such scenarios through legislation demanding "forced vaccinations" of all residents. This seems to be what they want. The recent Avian-flu/Swine -flu threat is no exception. We have direct evidence the sites are being prepared to accomodate mass inoculations in your town. On this page I am going to show you new information about locating cleverly coded FEMA routes and corridors covertly disguised and marked with coded symbols. I am going to take you on a FEMA corridor in a local city and demonstrate how the coding actually works to identify facilities and sites marked for confiscation and use for FEMA/military operations under martial law. You need to study the signs, symbols and arrow codes, and find these features in your area; locate the sites slated for inoculations, triage, and quarantine. "DISASTER CORRIDORS" lead to inoculation centers. FEMA/NATO sign codes like these mark routes and corridors where the sites are located. Along this route are two facilities where inoculations have been administered during past viral scares dating back to 1955. Note the FEMA "arrow-up" code and International pictorial image as a directional to the "right" at the upcoming intersection. These signs have a secondary meaning for FEMA/military operations. There are reflective TACMAR directionals on the rear of these signage indicating a "right turn" to an emergency route, not to the airport; see next photo. (Also note the signs are in 3's. This is the international NATO symbol for civil defense for all nations.)

TACMAR directional indicators for night operations. The rear of these signs reveal reflective TACMARS positioned in pairs as "turn indicators", however note that both tacmars are obviously "tilted up" on the left side. The markers are located on the right side of the sign, which normally would indicate a left turn ahead, however this tilting we have researched before is done for emphasis indicating instead a "right turn ahead" to the disaster corridor to other marked facilities, not to the airport. The object of the tacmar code system is covert deception to avert detection of these draconian operations of FEMA planned for an unwary populace.

TACMAR points "right" on GREEN route. At the intersection we find interesting signage on the left side of street. Note a confirmation of a "right turn" is indicated by the TACMAR positioned on the back of the top sign pointing down the continued disaster route. Also notice the international "jet" sign has converted now to an international "bike route" sign but keeping the same color code "green". Notice the FEMA code, the "arrow-up" has not changed. Arrows pointing "up" are NOT directionals, but are a code I.D. symbol indicating an important site, route, or facility. WATCH ALL EUROPEAN INTERNATIONAL SIGNAGE they are a major component for FEMA/Military operations.

EUROPEAN SIGNS MARK "GREEN" ROUTE. Turning right, immediately this array of signs appear at the corner. Note carefully the new arrow configuration; "opposite-arrows". Like the "arrow-up" codes, opposite-pointing arrows are another FEMA code symbol. These also mark routes, sites, facilities or resources. On this route are 2 confirmed emergency vaccine centers used in the past for polio scare of the 50's and the swine-flu outbreak in 1976. In both instances there were casualties; not from the virus, BUT FROM THE VACCINES! There are at least five of these kinds of corridors in this city. Interestingly they begin from a major "intermodal transportation route" which is part of the "Strategic Highway Network" for military use. This means "outsiders" unfamiliar with the area can find any one of these corridors with the FEMA sign codes and images and it will lead directly into our vital sites, facilities and resourses. A whole city could be locked down if these places were incurred and confiscated.

"Arrow-up" road sign marks inoculation center on "bike route". It is important to note this wordless traffic signal appears only 50 feet from a clearly marked intersection with a stop sign. The sign is to signify that a "stop sign" is ahead warning motorists traveling at higher speed to slow down; that they are going to have to stop their vehicle ahead. What's ridiculous is this is a residential neighborhood posted speed at 25 mph and requires no warning sign of this kind only 50 ft. from the stop sign! The real reason for this sign is to *mark * a UAW Hall with a "FEMA code symbol". The facility has been used since the early 1950's as an emergency inoculation/vaccine "center", mainly for young school children. The Salk Polio "field trials" were conducted here and drew harsh criticism as a "guinnea pig" testing facility bringing a high risk of actually contracting crippling "paralytic poliomyelitis". A close friend of mine after receiving the "field trial" vaccine contracted "live" polio and today is crippled; her lower legs ravaged by the vaccine to not much larger than a broom handle. Others became sick contracting serious reactions and affects from the other chemicals mixed into the serum. Codes found at UAW vaccine site. There about 4 signs with tacmars at this location. (click photo) This photo is the rear parking and entrance of UAW with "BLUE" reflective handi-cap access signage on the building. We have identified these symbols (blue/wheelchair) a european/international symbol to mark facilities for confiscation. CODE BLUE is a regular FEMA color coding at triage, hospitals, medi-vac helicopter sites, clinics and public schools. Other coding and symbology are found on the facility sign. Special note should be taken of the code-word "CENTER". Many FEMA sites have recently changed their logos, names and facility signs to include the word "CENTER". This is a new sign placed here, in which the old sign omitted the word "CENTER". The UAW seal is a "sun-symbol" of masonic origin.

FEMA Public School vaccine sites. <<< Click on photo view tacmars It cannot be emphasized more that these kind International/european pictorial signage are part of the TACMAR code system and are found here again at a site where vaccine programs have been conducted for polio, immunizations, and swine-flu scares since the 1950's. Note the pictorial images (walking man) and yield "triangle". Yield signs are just another FEMA site or route signal and mark dozens of staging areas in the city for military confiscation. These symbols are clever dual meaning visuals to conceal FEMA plans for mass inoculations soon to be made "manditory" at this facility. Nation-wide pandemic drills have been conducted in some cities by "ARMED" paramedics administering real vaccines to school children! GREEN "bike route" signage turn "BLUE" at facility. An interesting color change occurs at this school with these "bike route" signs. Again, color code "blue" is associated with triage, hospitals, vaccine sites, where as "green" has been found on routes, housing, transportation, airports, railroad, ect. This seems to be the case here--"green" signs along the "route". The signs change to "blue" AT the site. There is no mistake, knowing the history of this school that inoculations will again be administered here. These signs are international/european style--slashed "no parking" signs are used often to pinpoint a marked facility. A close examination of the "bike" symbology shows the FEMA "circle/triangle" logo embeded in the image.

More FEMA coding on "green" Bike Route There are several other sites marked on this route that are more strategic for tactical use. Watch for FEMA codes and symbology on billboards. Note the blatant use of the circle/triangle on this particular advertisement. The target sites here are a U.S. Department of Defense Armory, (humvees, jeeps, tanker trucks, tanks) Coast Guard helicopter base, old WWII U.S. Navy bunkers and large athletic fields. This is a massive "staging area" with tactical resources for military confiscation. <<< Click photo for billboard flip-side Amazingly, on the reverse side of this billboard reveals more FEMA/NATO symbology appearing at this site. These are also illuminated for night use. What is quite incriminating about these billboards is they appear on a relatively quiet and sparsley used roadway. Note the positioning of ALL billboards--they are there for a special reason and you will find FEMA sites and facilities on or near their location. FEMA codes and arrow configurations Embeded in this directory sign are the hidden code elements we have discussed earlier on this page. After more than 10 years of research and study of the markers and configuration patterns, we have deciphered that the TACMAR codes on the back of the signs have a direct correlation to "arrow" patterns and configurations found on the fronts of the signs. These signage happen to incorporate reflective "RED" lettering, an "arrow-up" FEMA I.D. code and two directional indicators that point to a road where facilites are to be confiscated. This facility has conducted bio/metric I.D. and "fingerprinting" for our state for public employees. We have not confirmed that this is a FEMA mass vaccine center, however I use this photo show how coding can be hidden from public and covertly lead to FEMA sites.

Clever use of the "arrow-up" FEMA codes. Arrow configurations are a clever and covert method to "double-speak" and embed a secondary meanings to symbols and signs on our roadways. This method has been used historically by code experts wanting to transfer vital information openly to a select group while the masses through brainwashing see nothing more than the same everyday symbology they have been "trained" to perceive. Such is the case with our road signs and covert military/FEMA symbology. This is the approach we have used in our research to discover and record astounding FEMA involvement under our very noses in our everyday lives. Many look at our website as an insult to their intelligence, which is basically just a sign of "the few-the proud-the deceived", and wish to remain "willingly ignorant" (dumb on purpose). Our message is to the observant and wise--those who are not too proud, yet have a keen sense that "something is not right here". Here is a perfect example of this phenomenon. The "arrow-up" is positioned directly in front of the MARKED SITE, while the uninformed see only a directional to different facility altogether. The covert meaning of the arrow is NOT a directional but a symbol of identification; "this is the placed, the route, or facility". American road signs have been altered over the decades to incorporate a mirade of arrow symbols not used in time past. Americans have been brainwashed and "trained" to see, hear, think and in most cases do things in an educationally "flattened" reality. (Observe here again the code-word "CENTER")

It is NATO/UN inspired; created by International Committee (Foreign Global Alliance). It is our contention that FEMA/HOMELAND SECURITY are at this moment managed and operates under NATO command. FEMA is known as the "SHADOW GOVERNMENT". Who then really runs America?
